We started The Wellness Shift because we’ve been there.

Jenny has worked in hospitals for over a decade, seeing firsthand how even the most passionate healthcare workers can burn out under constant pressure. Joanna is a licensed mental health counselor who’s spent years supporting professionals as they navigate stress, overwhelm, and everything in between.

We came together with one big question:
What if mental health wasn’t something we dealt with after the fact—but something we built into the way we work and live?

So we created a space for exactly that.

The Wellness Shift offers tailored workshops that give people real tools—not just theories—for managing stress, identifying triggers, setting boundaries, and staying grounded. Whether you’re an executive, a team leader, a healthcare worker, or a student preparing for what’s next, our goal is to give you strategies to help you get through the hard moments.
